By accessing or using My Barber Expo, including the website and future barber/client app experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You may use My Barber Expo only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself as a barber, client, or business
• Interfere with other users' experience

My Barber Expo and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in line with these terms.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile the app
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may also terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device
• Contacting our support team
• Requesting account deletion where that feature is available

Upon termination, your right to use the relevant parts of the service will cease immediately.

My Barber Expo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully available in every market during this early stage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Security or privacy of data transmission

Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable paid service in the past 12 months, if any.

We may modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the website, the app, or by email when appropriate.

Your continued use of My Barber Expo after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should stop using the service.
