You can delete your account any time from within the app. Here is exactly what that does and what happens to your data.

The same steps work in both the My Barber Expo (barbers) and My Barber (clients) apps:
Deleting your account deactivates it immediately. Your account stops being usable and is no longer visible on the platform — your profile, listings, and availability come down right away.
Some records — bookings and payments — are retained after deactivation because we are required to keep them for financial and legal compliance, such as refunds, disputes, and tax obligations. We keep them only for as long as applicable law requires.
If you want your personal data erased beyond deactivation, email us and we will honor your request to the extent applicable law allows (records we are legally required to keep are the exception noted above).
Please write from the email or phone number associated with your account, or include your name and the app you used, so we can verify the request:
This page is a plain-English summary to help you understand how My Barber Expo works. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice. If anything is unclear, or you need help with a specific booking, email us at hello@mybarberexpo.com.
Your app always shows the exact terms that apply to a specific booking — including your barber’s own policy — before you confirm it and on your booking details.
